ECD stimulus fund payments are three weeks overdue - says CEDC

The Centre for Early Childhood Development (CECD) is calling for the Minister of Social Development Lindiwe Zulu to instruct provincial departments to urgently pay out the ECD stimulus fund relief packaged.
